At Mishi Creations, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Below, we have outlined our delivery policies, timelines, and other relevant details to ensure clarity and transparency in our shipping process.


1. Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services across India to ensure our beautiful collection of women's Kurtis and dresses reaches you conveniently. Our primary goal is to provide timely and efficient delivery, ensuring your orders are handled with the utmost care.

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our services globally in the near future.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details to monitor your package.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Jaipur: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): Delivery takes 4-7 business days.

  • Other Cities & Towns: Expect delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping address.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7-14 business days due to logistics constraints.

Please note that unexpected delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 may apply to orders below ₹999, depending on your location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on selected pin codes with an additional handling charge of ₹50.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package through our logistics partner’s website or via the tracking link provided in the email.

  • If you face any difficulty tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.


6. Delivery Partners

We have partnered with reliable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries. The courier partner for your order will be assigned based on the delivery location and service availability.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for selected locations only.

  • A COD handling fee of ₹50 will be applicable.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.

  • Please ensure the exact cash amount is available at the time of delivery.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, we may restrict future COD orders for that customer.


8. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, they will attempt delivery again.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a reshipping fee may be applicable.


9. Address Change After Order Placement

  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.


10. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, certain unforeseen circumstances might cause delays. These include:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • Strikes or labor disputes affecting courier services

  • Public holidays affecting logistics operations

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to us for assistance.


11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order is lost during transit, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide a resolution accordingly.
