Return Policy – Mishi Creations

At Mishi Creations, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Every item is crafted and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As a result, we do not accept returns based on personal preferences or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted in the case of genuine manufacturing defects.

To initiate a return for a defective product, customers are required to share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should not be edited or paused. The absence of a valid video will unfortunately make us unable to process your return request.

The unboxing video must be sent to our WhatsApp number: +91-8502937848 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once verified, our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.

For all products, we request customers to refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order, as we do not accept returns due to size-related concerns.

Please note:

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as color variation, dislike of style, or incorrect size selection.

• The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
