You can request a return or exchange if:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
The product is not damaged, altered, or tampered with
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during sale or clearance
Customized or made-to-order products
Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage
Accessories and innerwear (if applicable, you can adjust this)
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
Share your order number and reason for return/exchange
Our team will guide you through the next steps
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or store replacement
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or a store credit (if you want, we can remove store credit)
The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, Mishi Creations will arrange the return shipment
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances
Once a product is purchased, it can only be returned or exchanged as per this policy
Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable
