Return & Exchange Policy – Mishi Creations

At Mishi Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day Return & Exchange policy under the terms mentioned below.

Important Note:
We do not offer refunds. Only returns and exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • A proper unboxing video is recorded from start to finish (mandatory for any claim)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect only
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
  • The product is not damaged, altered, or tampered with by the customer

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
  • Products without a proper unboxing video proof
  • Any issue other than manufacturing defects
  • Accessories and innerwear (if applicable)

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery
  • Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video proof
  • Our team will review and guide you through the next steps
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for manufacturing defects
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product
  • The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
  • In case of manufacturing defects verified with unboxing video, Mishi Creations will arrange the return shipment

6. No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances
  • Once a product is purchased, it can only be exchanged (if eligible)
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable
