SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
Similarly, if the customer has any quality issue regarding the fabric, the same procedure must be followed.
If reverse pickup is available for your PIN code, we will arrange pickup from the delivery address and resend the product.
Reverse pickup charges: ₹250 (to be borne by the customer).
Please note:
Reverse pickup may not be available in some PIN codes.
In such cases, the customer must send the product back with their name and mobile number mentioned on the package.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
Exchanges will not be issued for product changes.
If the desired size is not available, the customer will receive a credit note.
